Decision-Making
A key aspect of the role of managers and supervisors at work is to make decisions. What factors affect our decision-making ability and what skills are required?
We offer a range of management games and business simulations that look at the group decision-making process. By participating in an activity which is not related to a specific work task individuals are free to focus on the process. How do they currently make decisions? What could they do differently to improve the performance of their team? Where a team participates in the activity together they can start to develop their own shared decision-making process.
The products shown here all focus on developing generic decision-making skills rather than job specific skills. If you would like the subject matter for the debate to be on the business decisions that need to be made please view our products in the business acumen games and simulations category.
More information is available about how business simulation games will help.
