Business Ethics Games

Do the Right Thing is a business game in which participants have the opportunity to consider how business decisions are, or could be made in an organisation. Participants are faced with a variety of business dilemmas and asked to make their decision with specific reference to the values of the organisation and the key stakeholder groups.

The activity focuses on the need for all decision makers to consider the core values of the organisation and apply the principles implicit in them into the decision they make. It encourages participants to think wider and more comprehensively about the issues they face and the consequences of their decisions in both the short and longer term.

The choices participants make have consequences for their business. These are reflected in three performance indicators, Leadership Trust, Corporate Reputation and Return on Capital Employed.
