Description
We are delighted to be able to offer PRISM to support participation in our business simulation and courses. PRISM is a revolutionary way of identifying people’s behavioural preferences and the ways they adapt at work. It does this from the perspective of the most up-to-date neuroscience rather than psychological theory.

How it works
After completing an online assessment, individuals are given a summary of their profile with explanatory supporting materials and time with a certified coach to discuss the findings. This helps them understand their potential and what holds them back.

This can then be used while they participate in the course working as part of a team. It’s a proven way of helping people immediately improve how they manage relationships and their approach to decision-making.
Combining a simulation with PRISM means people are equipped to take everything back to the workplace and confidently apply it to their role and the challenges they encounter. Overall, it generates a positive shift in capability, mindset and working relationships.

The package

The cost is £150.00 per person for the materials and one to one feedback and discussion with a certified coach.
