Great event run for a major UK retailer, while the store was having a refit. The Lawn Trimmers business simulation was select to improve the store teams Business Acumen; this simulation has been designed to:
- Ensure the participant understood what drives results in the organisation
- Understood how their decisions impact on the success of the organisation
- Identify critical business drivers.
- Recognise that one strategy might not be appropriate for all market segments.
- Weigh up the potential impact of the choices they make on business performance.
