Our Team

Christine Elgood

Christine is passionate about experiential learning and has been designing and using management games and business simulations for over 25 years.

They help people experience new situations, acquire new the skills, develop the confidence to further their careers and contribute to the organisations they work for.

Christine is a natural creative swiper taking ideas from across sectors and industries and asking the awkward question required to identify the core problem.

Christine has an MBA, experience working within professional practice, manufacturing and retail before choosing to join Elgood. Her business qualifications are complemented by training (CTP: Certificate in Training Practice) and coaching (ILM: Institute of Leadership and Management) qualifications.

Duncan McNeil

Duncan has 30 years’ experience in IT consulting and service management roles and in sales and consulting enablement roles as a program manager and designer, facilitator, coach and trainer.

He is skilled in designing and delivering programs for identifying and improving performance gaps for individuals, teams and managers with skills assessment centres, bespoke workshops and business simulations.

His qualifications include being a Certified DISC Coach, 360 coach and Master NLP Practitioner.

Sarah Wicks

As a seasoned strategy executive, Sarah specializes in helping organizations, teams, and individuals identify their core objectives, achieve impactful results today, and adapt seamlessly to the challenges of tomorrow.

By blending proven strategy implementation methodologies with a deep understanding of leadership and team dynamics, Sarah creates an environment of supportive challenge that fosters constructive conversations around complex issues. Her consultative approach focuses on what truly matters, driving pragmatic, context-relevant solutions that continue to evolve long after her involvement.

Mike Keeling

Mike is an experienced Programme Manager, during his career he has worked across a number of diverse industries, including Telecommunications, Engineering, Retail and Security Products.

He has defined; planned and managed Programmes with budgets of up to £20M, his last major programme was the delivery of the polymer £5 and £10 for the Bank of England, as the De La Rue Programme Manager.

He has been working with Elgood Effective Learning since 2006.
