Great event run for a major UK retailer, while the store was having a refit. The Lawn Trimmers business simulation was selected to improve the store team’s Business Acumen; this simulation has been designed to:

• Ensure the participant understands what drives results in the organisation
• Understood how their decisions impact on the success of the organisation
• Identify critical business drivers.
• Recognise that one strategy might not be appropriate for all market segments.
• Weigh up the potential impact of the choices they make on business performance
